Round The Garden

I see you floating round the garden.
Shadows slither down the wall from the street.
Night’s orchestra warms and tunes the lilting trees.

Chorus
The stars are within reach of lacy clouds
They meet dance and disappear
As Midnight casts her spell.

Come on over here and lay with me on my flower bed.
They softly start to play, and their rainbows bend to their instruments,
Which lend crickets and wind sighs and passion to our ears.

Chorus
The stars are within reach of lacy clouds
They meet dance and disappear
As Midnight casts her spell.
